GINGERBREAD APPLE COCKTAIL RECIPE

Ingredients:

2 oz. Domaine de Canton
1 oz. vanilla vodka
2.5 oz. apple cider
A few drops of lemon juice
Orange zest
Agave syrup

Directions:

Line a chilled martini glass lightly with agave syrup on a dish followed by spiced graham cracker crumbs. Place all ingredients except for orange zest in a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into glass. Freshly grate orange zest on drink and serve immediately.

GINGERBREAD APPLE COCKTAIL RECIPE

PEPPERMINT (CANDY CANE) HOT CHOCOLATE MIX RECIPE


Ingredients:

12 peppermint candy canes (6 ounces), broken into pieces
1 cup instant dry milk
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
10 ounces good quality bittersweet chocolate (chopped) or chocolate chips
Directions:


Working with dry hands, slowly add the candy cane pieces into the feeding tube of the food processor while turned on. Process until the candy cane is a fine powder. (Do not allow any moisture into the food processor, or you'll end up with a sticky mess and a stuck lid.)
Turn the processor off and add the dry milk and brown sugar. Process until smooth, then add the chocolate and process to a fine powder.
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month. To serve, mix 3-4 Tablespoons cocoa with 1 cup of hot milk.

ORANGE SNOWMAN RECIPE

Ingredients:

1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
14 cubes ice
1/2 cup water


 
Directions:

In a blender, combine orange juice concentrate, milk, water, sugar, vanilla and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

ORANGE SNOWMAN RECIPE

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT MOCHA RECIPE

Ingredients:

2-oz white chocolate
2-oz dark chocolate
6-oz milk
6-oz hot coffee
1 candy cane
whipped cream

Directions:

Chop up white and dark chocolate in the small chunks. In a small saucepan, combine chocolates with milk and cook over medium-heat, stirring frequently, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Pour into a large coffee mug and add hot coffee. Stir well with candy cane to infuse peppermint flavor.
If desired, top with whipped cream and crushed peppermints.
