CHERRY ALMOND BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen pitted Cherries
1/2 or whole Banana
1 1/2 cups Almond Milk
1-2 TBS Almond Butter
Protein Powder (optional) or Flax powder
1/4 cup Oats (optional)


Directions:

Put 1 cup frozen pitted cherries in a blender
Peel the banana and add half or whole to the blender
Add one and a half measured cups of Almond Milk to the blender
Add 1-2 TBS of Almond Butter to the blender
Optional: add protein powder and/or oats to the blender
Add ice if you desire
Blend until smooth & Enjoy!

This smoothie would make a really yummy ice-cream! If you choose to make it as ice cream  just add more ice and vanilla extract.
